Late last year (October 2011) I changed how and what I eat, I started to eat more meat protein and healthy fats, I no longer eat any grains, processed food or sugar. I have more energy and I already felt better after just a few weeks of making these changes. The improvement to my energy has lasted, I am still eating paleo and am loosing weight at a sustainable pace.
